Virginia Beach, VA Selected as Site for 14th Annual Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference in 2013
Roanoke, VA – The Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference, Inc. (VSNC) Planning Committee is proud to announce that the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia has been chosen as the site for the 14th annual Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference taking place on September 19-20, 2013 at the Virginia Beach Resort and Conference Center located on the ocean in Virginia Beach. This annual conference will provide an excellent opportunity for neighborhoods and communities from across the Commonwealth to share their knowledge, experience and vision on how to make Virginia’s communities and neighborhoods-the neighborhoods of choice. The 2013 conference theme is "Neighborhoods: Sailing to New Horizons" and will include information-packed workshops, an awards program, thought-provoking speakers, exhibitors, mobile workshops, networking opportunities, and a "Youth Café" that engages community youth.
