Selena Cuffee-Glenn is the Chief Administrative Officer for Richmond, VA having 32 years of experience in VA municipal government. She is a proven leader in moving communities forward. In 1999, she and Ms. McCadden brought together neighborhood leaders and professional staff from across VA that would create the first VA Statewide Neighborhood Conference held in Richmond.
